These terms are an agreement between you and Dream Technology, Inc. ("Dream", "we") about using the Dream apps, website and the agent Dream hosts for you. By using Dream you agree to them.
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.
Dream records continuously while recording is on, including other people. You're responsible for following the recording and consent laws where you use it, and for not recording where it isn't allowed.
Your audio and transcripts are yours. You let us process your audio only to transcribe it (we don't keep it), and store and process your transcripts only to run Dream for you: to search and serve them to your agent. Our privacy policy explains how.
Dream runs your own Claude or ChatGPT, under your own Anthropic or OpenAI account, and it acts on the sites you sign it in to. What it does is governed by that provider's terms as well as ours; you're responsible for what you ask it to do.
Dream is free for now. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan is your own and billed by Anthropic or OpenAI. If Dream ever charges, we'll tell you first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Dream is new and changes often. It may have outages, features may change or go away, and transcripts can be wrong. Dream is provided as is, without warranties.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you when we do.
If we change these terms we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect.
